Overall I'm satisfied with the results I got and thankful for the service provided, however there were a few notable experiences that brought the rating down from a 5 to a 4. My issue was a bricked iPhone that was eventually solved by a reset through proprietary software. In my experience the customer support was a mixed bag. To be clear, all of the employees were extremely nice and helpful and even went out of their way to try to provide solutions. I was honestly surprised by their hospitality. However, there were unnecessary mistakes that occurred that led to lots of wasted time. For example, I was given a loaner phone that didn't support eSIM which led me to go back and get the corrected version. Additionally some updates continued to be sent through text message despite the instructions to contact me through email. Both of these led to lots of wasted time as I had to wait ~1hr to go through the process of swapping loaners and 3 extra days (1 business day) to receive my repaired phone back, since the update to retrieve my phone was sent by text message on a Friday (I could only access email, to which eventually I received the same update on Monday). In fairness I fully understand mistakes happen, and I was pleased to hear that the late fee would be based off the time the email was sent and not the text message in my case. I realize this review seems highly critical, but if you have a broken device these guys seem to know what they're doing and I would definitely recommend them despite their inefficiencies. Mistakes happen, but with a little bit more care these seemed like small unnecessary problems that could go a long way into making the experience feel smoother!

I came in with a very difficult problem for which I was sure no one could solve. Pierce was absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to think through and figure out my issue. He helped me dissect the problem, offering solutions to the rsnge of complications we faced. Not only did he make sure we remedied the technological problems but also gave me honest advice on the financial costs. He was truly a pleasure to work with and this was a better customer service experience than I’ve had even at Apple. 5 stars.

Took them over a week to “find no problems” with my laptop. but when i got a text to pick it up it wasn’t at 12th man technology, this happened 3 more times, until they sent me to the service center which when i got my laptop was completely bricked. This all cost $100 dollars and they gave me back the broken laptop. Wouldn’t expect less from A&M. Edit: I also noticed one of my fans are not plugged in and my keyboard is cracked (i think that’s how they “fixed” my keyboard bubbling problem). I’m not gonna bring it back you’ve earned enough money from me i’m sending it to dell after my exams.
