I had a charging problem (the charger was positional and wouldn’t charge unless just right). They would have fixed my issue, but let me know up front that it might be more cost effective for me to take the issue up with my phone insurance with my carrier. I really appreciate them helping think of a better solution than just charging me to do the repair. They made nothing from me and still did the right thing. Hard to find that kind of integrity these days. Highly recommend.

This store has very poor customer service skills. Everytime I go just to get a screen protector replacement they say we can't fix it. We close at 6. We'll it's 4! Then I made an online appointment. I went in and was told we don't do those. We close at 5. We'll why accept my appointment and tell me it can't be fixed until the next day. This place needs help apparently and better customer service skills. Remove online appointments! This place does not want business.

Terrible customer service skills, clearly trying to weed out any kind of work. I came in with notes from samsung to replace my internal built in screen protector due to it lifting where it folds. A known issue with Samsung's Fold 4. They replace it 1 time during the lifetime of the device, which i was due for. As soon as I asked for the service, the gentleman asked me for my phone, took 1 sec to inspect it and told me my warranty was voided because of a hairline crack. I told him thay had nothing to do with my inside screen separating from the inside and how its a known problem. He stated Samsung is very strict on their policy. I reminded him Samsung has my account noted and they wouldn't be receiving it back anyway to see my backside hairline crack. All I needed was the screen protector (plastic) replaced. My screen is fine beneath the plastic and the back crack is harmless.He refused to help me unless I paid between $20 to $35 for him to do it outside of Samsung warranty. Clearly, the warranty doesn't pay him to change it compared to him charging me directly. Either way... there's a finesse to customer service where you deliver bad news with empathy and compassion. Then try and help me by finding a way even though there's a cost. He needs to learn how to talk to people as a salesman because I saw right through him and his true intent. At least fake it... zero compassion or willingness to help. Zero stars if I could.

Great Service. My cell phone, an older model of a Google Pixel, had trouble charging and the earpiece speaker quit working. Got it up and working again thanks to these guys. Thank you much, would highly recommend
