Email states to bring email or id ; showed email & still was asked for id . I’m glad I got a diagnoses of what was wrong with my phone at another store because they wanted to over charge me & not even diagnose the device . Since my device is 2013 any battery issue is covered by Apple . Since my phone battery was completely damaged I didn’t have to pay to repair . I had a small crack on back so paid 29 $ because I have coverage. But they wanted to charge me 99$ for accidental damage without checking diagnoses . Horrible . First time we went to repair because Apple and spectrum kept sending us there ; they stated they could not help repair or replace but Apple kept sending us to geek squad .

Terrible customer service, I had apple appointment for 11:20 on Saturday, Alexis went back and forth with technician and adviced me that it was going to take a couple of hours due that it was IPhone 15, so I decided to go back at 5:30 pm and Jonathan went to talk to technician and came back that supposedly technician was going to take a look at the phone Berly, just 10 minutes and came back stating “unable to replicate issue” it’s just a waste a time with Best Buy geek squad.. real unprofessional, don’t recommend

Love the response time and the helpfulness of the squad they have working there answer all my questions and show me a thing or two on maintaining my computer The only bad part is when anyone can look up your order without confirming its the real customer had a freind go threw my stuff and told me about my stuff cause an employee told him about what and wheres of my order.

I took in my tower to have it updated on Saturday morning and they said it would take till next Saturday! So, OK, I'm sure they have other things pending! But they set us up for 11AM, on Saturday and tell us it's not ready! They had all damn week to call, text or email!! So we're told to come back at 3PM and I call and it's still not ready, which I didn't receive any notification not to drive 30min. again!! They're very knowledgeable and get it done, but call before you're appt. before you make the trip!!
