This place is literally run by incredible people. I’m so thankful to Brian, Jason and Elizabeth for helping me with my computer needs. I’m new to the area and was looking for a place that would help me find the issue with my laptop, and Computer Dimensions was the first place to pop up in my Google search. I am so fortunate to have these guys save the day! I thought I was lost without an Apple Store, but boy when I tell you I don’t ever want to go back to an Apple Store because of the incredible service I received from these amazing people at Computer Dimensions. Reasonable prices, and not to mention the quickest service I’ve ever received (seriously, I was there for maybe 15min max). I will definitely be coming back soon. Even if I move back to my hometown, I am willing to make the trip out here because it is that good. Authentic and knowledgeable staff. Coolest and sweetest personalities. The service was wonderful. Jason went above and beyond answering questions and explaining computereeze to me. He was very patient and repeated answers as often as he had too. He set up a new iPhone and even better, he helped me set up email and changing passwords! I’ve been trying to do that for many months. Thank you Jason Black! He gets 10 stars from me.

Waste of time; it closes early all the time, and they just hand you a piece of paper and say call this number. Best Buy is more helpful than this Apple Store.
