I am so grateful for the urgent help I was given to fix my problem. I was treated with such kindness. He kept me in the loop with status updates via text and I appreciated that very much. Also reasonably priced. Even though I had to do a total system refresh on my computer, he was able to retrieve my files from the hard drive. So happy. I'd recommend.

I was having trouble with my pc, kept getting crash after crash, He took it for perhaps 2 hours and had it pegged as the ram strips pooping out. I brought replacements and he had it done approximately an hour later. I’m so relieved. he is fast, efficient, and honest.

Richard was easy to reach. I had a T5 screw that was stripped and I brought my laptop and 20 minutes later he took care of it. Highly recommend!!

Amazing work I brought my PC to level9 PC Solutions after my PSU was shot after multiple power outages broke the PSU. Richard diagnosed the issue and got it fixed in a matter of a couple hours and it’s set back up and working again. Seriously if you need your computer fixed he’s your man.
