PLEASE. Send your computer to the genie. Please refrain from going to GeekSquad or any other major name-brand provider. They will scam you on price and service. GeekSquad missed my GPU problem on 2 separate occasions. This man found the problem that SAME DAY! PC Genie is a family-owned & operated establishment built from the ground up, providing top-tier computer expertise. Jeremy is the genie: My computer was deemed unfit and I was told to sell it - He saved it. He is a hero. Jeremy is exceptionally kind and caring and will go out of his way to help you understand what exactly is happening to your computer. On pickup day, Jeremy held my computer for me nearly an hour after his closing hours to make sure I was able to get it. Jeremy is an awesome legend.

The PC Genie was very helpful! He answered all my questions with easy to understand language. I felt informed every step of the way. I went in for a flashing screen, and he got the job done within a week. He builds computers, which I will be back for since I like PC gaming. Much more personable and fair experience than going to a big company.

If you want your stuff to be fixed in good hands, go to PC Genie. My laptop was completely broken from water spill, but he was able to get my files back and fix my laptop as well.

If you're ever thinking of getting your PC repaired anywhere, it should be here. Speaking from my own experience with Jeremy and his business, this was amazing. It goes without saying that my situation wasn't a standard visit. My PC was slow and had been outdated by several years. I happened to learn about PC Genie from Jeremy himself when our paths crossed while I was working. I was worried my PC was suffering from some virus or malware and brought it in for Jeremy to take a look at. Not only was my computer several years behind the curve, but I needed a whole host of replacement parts. I spoke with Jeremy about a payment plan and he was able to work with me while I paid it off over the course of about a month and some change. My communications with Jeremy were always informative and professional (he really knows his stuff!) He gave me plenty of options to choose from when it came to possible replacement parts, even going in depth about the specs each provided. And when I made my final payment for the PC, Jeremy was kind enough to offer a drop-off of my PC at my house! He made it just shy of 8pm (his store hours are until 5pm) and I greatly appreciated how much effort he put in for me. For my experience, I wasn't worried about getting my PC back in a timely fashion. I was more focused on the costs, since I know that PC repairs can be expensive. If the cost is something that is keeping you from getting your PC or laptop repaired, I'm sure that if you explain that to Jeremy up-front like I did, then you'll have nothing to worry about. I know if I have any trouble in the future, I'll be sure to give Jeremy a call. Hope you (the potential customer) find this review insightful!

Jeremy runs his business a bit different than your average PC repair shop. I turned my computer in, received a thorough diagnosis, and a quote for repairs which waives the diagnosis fee. The diagnosis was all I needed and all I paid for. Not once did Jeremy try to sell me on repairs. And let me tell you, HE VERY WELL COULD HAVE. I went to him because I was too impatient and lazy to buy a $15 tool to test if my power supply was dead (it was). Impulsive and impatient people like me are the easiest targets to squeeze a few extra bucks from. Jeremy is there to help you. He clearly loves what he does and is just as happy as you are when he's able to help you. I'm never going anywhere else. Edit: I also wanted to mention that Jeremy took the time out of his Friday evening to answer a question I forgot to ask AFTER paying him. Thank you again Jeremy.
