These guys know their stuff, but be warned, they specialize in tech support for enterprises and businesses, NOT consumer-level troubleshooting, and their prices reflect this. They charge a $100 consultation fee up front, even if it turns out they can’t fix your problem (which, in my case, they couldn’t). The tech they sent was polite and professional, but still can’t help but feel ripped off.

I am always pleased with the excellent service I receive from Nerds In a Flash. I have also been fortunate enough to get the same tech at each appointment which make the visits even easier. My questions are answered to my satisfaction and understanding, there is patience even though there is allotted time. Their knowledge is profound. I feel so assured after each visit. I have worked with Nerds in a Flash for about 5 years; specifically with James Allen. James is fantastic. My experience working at Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft across the globe, with some of the most talented professionals, (especially internal IT Support), James is as good as any I have worked with. His technical knowledge is fantastic and up to date. His ability to diagnose and recommend solutions is first rate. His approach is thorough, precise, with a superb level of people skills and high EQ, (Emotional Quotient). Bottom line, he is professional. Always early/on-time. In constant communication. Confirms appointments well in advance. Listens to the issues. Passes on his knowledge and recommendations selflessly. Delivers the finished result satisfactorily, whether it is a fix/optimization or a transfer and setup of a new laptop. All wrapped up on a foundation of respect, politeness, courtesy and a fabulous caring work ethic. He clearly loves what he does, and he loves the company he represents. I thoroughly recommend James and Nerds in a Flash. Get his number in your contacts. You will not be disappointed and knowing you have him on your extended team will let you sleep better knowing he is a call away for any computer/technology support.

This is the third visit we have had to our home from Nerds. Each time we were lucky enough to have James for our Technician. He is quite knowledgeable about all aspects of computers and associated equipment. His customer service is highly professional and enjoyable at the same time. He has even visited my husband's company to fix their PC issues. James is clearly an asset for Nerds in a Flash.

They were great, flexible and my technician was super friendly. Replaced my old monitor with a newer one and problem solved. I didn't have to go through a bunch of troubleshooting myself. Huge time saver and flexible appointments.
