Came in to have my iPhone 12 back glass and frame replaced along with my charging port. I was quoted a great price and the repair took about 3-4 hours. When I arrived to pick up my phone, the tech explained they accidentally broke my original front screen during the repair and had to replace that as well. All was cool no big deal. It’s been about a week and there’s a noticeable difference in screen quality and responsiveness. And although I can’t pin point why, my phone battery drains really fast ever since I picked it up. I can’t leave my phone off the charger overnight or it dies. I rely on my phone alarm for work. Overall they’re cool people and I really appreciate their honesty, but I’m really disappointed in the work and quality of parts.

I called on sunday asking to replace my phone digitizer since my phone was not recognizing any touch. They have me multiple options on brands, conditions, and great pricing! They told me it was going to be a special order and had to order it Monday and most likely would get there Tuesday. I called Monday to see if I could bring in my phone to have them confirm that was, in fact, the issue and part needing replacement. James told me to come in and he can look at the phone. He could open it up to see if there was a cable loose since there wasn't any damage to the screen or if, in fact, the screen had to be replaced. He mentioned he would charge me a small fee if the cable was loose, and he just had to connect it, but if I had to replace the screen, he would just charge me what he quoted me for the replacement originally. I was okay with it and appreciated the transparency and straight fowardness. When I arrived, he checked my phone and manually restarted it before opening the phone up. What do you know? He fixed it, and it works perfectly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Although I didn't replace the screen or had to pay the trouble shooting fee, the prices were really fair and lower than other places I called. I will definitely be coming back if I have any issues with my phone or computer. Thank you James🎸
