I bought my 2013 MacBook Air refurbished in Phoenix almost 6 years ago when my original was dying. It started not charging effectively, and I thought I would have to replace it. Juan quickly determined that the charging cable was the issue, and had a replacement available. He also upgraded my MacBook's OS to the latest one that works on it.
