These guys are great. They have never disappointed me. They are honest, quick and their prices are reasonable. If you have any computer problem at all I highly recommend Hands-On . Best computer repair service I have ever used. No one and I mean no one else will touch my computer.

I've been working with these guys since 2003. They have always done an excellent job of building my systems, and their tech support is quick and detailed. As long as these guys are in business, I will use them. They have never inflated charges, or failed to fix what I needed, quickly and with a friendly manner.

Just left for the 3rd time, iPad mini screen fix still not done 3 weeks later. First they ordered the wrong part, next they were not open during the stated open hours time and last I asked to turn it on after the screen was fixed. I had to go get my own charger out of my car because they didn't have one. How do you not have the proper chargers to verify your work was done properly? Sure enough even though the screen was fixed the digitizer was not working. Still waiting on my iPad back. This is not the place for any screen replacement issues. Update: just picked it up, refusal from the shop to make any sort of discount or work with me as their customer. Was quoted $95 and 3 day turn around, was charged $167 and 3 weeks turnaround. Full price was charged. Worst experience possible! This is literally the first review I have ever written for any company. There is a reason. Best of luck to anyone who gives this company a chance.

Do not get rip- off by this place. The Hands-on Computer Repair (HOCR) supposedly replaced my desk top hard drive 2 years ago. I was charged additional $99 for hard drive purchased on top of service fee. My computer continue to make an annoying noise after service but told it was just a fan but no need to be replaced. I was receiving a cancer treatment, therefore, I gotten used to using my iPad in my bed and I hardly used my desk top computer other then used it to print some medical forms. But I was still bother by noise every time I use it so I finally took it to another computer repair shop and found out that my hard drive still needed to be replaced. I also found out my computer had not retail hard drive but still had an OEM hard drive. which is used by computer manufacturers that means HOCR never replaced the hard drive in my computer but charged me for it. so, I end up purchasing another hard drive and now my computer works fine minus annoying noise. Anyway, Seagate hard drive(OEM) which came out of my computer still has a 3-year warranty but I was told that I must go through the shop that it was purchased. I decided to give them a benefit of doubt So, I went back to HOCR and met the couple who identified themselves as owner but was very rude even with receipt they denied servicing my computer. So, I asked if they are in habit of installing OEM hard drive instead of retail and then they can at least help me getting a reimbursement from Seagate but they flat out refused saying they didn't have a record of purchase but still denying fraud service. which sounds just ridiculous. So, I have totally wasted $230.00 and left with one terrible experience. and I don't want anybody else to go through so I am going thru all this trouble telling you my story.
