Back in 2020 when the pandemic hits and kids have to stay home and be home school... a teacher told me about this place where they can put the internal antivirus on my lap tap for a very reasonable price so it wouldn't be expiring every year, and I can let my kids used it for their school with web safety so they can do their school projects at the point of time before they received their own from the schools.. West Gate Camputers did a great job and I would never forget how nice and kind there where even on those thought times and I have recommended them to friends and family shout out to Westgate Computers Thank you! thank you!

I had left my HP LT with a michael 6/27 I did Not recieve a voice mail, email, text msg. Or any form of notification for that matter. I had to drive their specific location to ask for the status. They repied it was completed as 7/09 by that micheal. My question is why do you guy's ask for email, phone number, ect. If you guy's are NOT going to implement them.

I had an emergency with my mac and called the store after being on the phone with apple for hours. Nick picked up and he wasn’t even supposed to be there because it was his day off but he told me to just come in. He fixed my Mac in seconds. I am so happy he was there. He was amazing to help me even on his day off. I would 100% go to him if you have any issues with an apple product. He seems knowledgeable and is very pleasant to work with.

Took my Alienware Desktop to have a new PCI put in, because mine stopped working. The tech, Mike, first told me that there was nothing wrong with the PCI. Just that it was blocked by a Virtual Agent and that he didn't know what that was. He didn't ask if I wanted Windows 10 or 11, and he told me they could not reinstall the Alienware software that controls the lights on the tower. When I hooked it up at home, the lights were no longer working and when I reinstalled the Alienware software to control them, it said there was no Alienware FX detected. So I took it back to them and when they had me pick it up, lied and said that the Alien FX chip burned out with the old PCI. I honestly would not trust this company to work on anyone's electronics, as it's clear the small business computer repair places are shady and only care about profit. Anything to make that dollar. This is why I never took my computers anywhere and the one time I finally decided to let a "professional" work on it, this is the kind of service I got - depreciation instead of appreciation. I will never use another local computer place again because of this. Also, the owner clearly could careless, obviously. "Amanda, We do care! I tried to call you several times, and left you a voicemail asking for a call back but did not get one. Sadly, your system was affected by a power surge that took out some of the components on the system. That is the reason that your lights and other elements to the machine stopped working. That is why you brought it to us in the first place." I have never received a call from you so that is a straight up lie. And "sadly" your worker lied about that to you to save his own rear. Because he told me there was nothing wrong with the PCI, just that it was "locked by virtual user." I can take it somewhere else and prove it. I can't believe you'd get on here and lie like that.
