We trusted this company to repair my wife's iPhone. BIG MISTAKE on our end. They broke the phone during the initial repair, which I assume happens regularly in this line of work. We returned the phone 3 different times so they could repair whatever it was that they broke. Finally, on the 3rd attempt, they broke the phone bad enough that it was not repairable. They then said that they would order a new replacement phone and that it would arrive in 3 days. After almost a week, they admitted that the USED replacement was not in good condition so they had to order "again", but it would be another 3 days. My wife uses this phone for business and we couldn't justify loosing more business on our end by continuing to miss phone calls and texts from our customers so we let the manager know that we would order a new one from AT&T and have it delivered overnight, and that we would expect them to reimburse us. No rebuttal from them at all. I arrived the following day to retrieve the damaged phone from them so I could transfer the information onto the new phone. Again, discussed the reimbursement with them...again, no rebuttal. Today I received payment from them for a fraction of the cost. Basically, I'm out $839 dollars because I made the mistake of trusting them to operate a respectable business. I do have text messages to backup everything that I'm saying, so feel free to ask and I'll share them with you. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT trust this dishonest company. If giving negative stars was an option, that's what they would receive from me. I dealt with the owner and one of the managers (photos included) …DO NOT trust a word that comes out of either of their mouths!!!

Do not bring your desktops here. The technician swapped a part with another customers computer, jeopardizing the parts integrity in doing so. Walked in with an underperforming computer, walked out 2 weeks later with that same computer but with incompatible parts, missing nuts and bent pins on the motherboard. Absolutely do not recommend.

Employees are kind and very knowledgeable in fixing phones. They were able to order the part I needed and literally had it fixed within 1 day of the order.

Giving two stars because the work was finished. About a week ago I called Fix in a zip to see if they could fix the front and back of my phone, after speaking with an employee for a while we got the parts for the repair ordered. A couple of days later after having to contact them, the parts were in and they could go through with the repair. I dropped the phone off and was told it would take a couple of hours. Upon arriving to pick up the phone the screen looked great, however they installed the incorrect back glass on the phone (it was supposed to be black, but was a metallic pink) no one from the store thought to inform or check with me that this was the right color. After bringing up the problem with the worker present, he told me that he placed an order for the correct color and it would arrive within the next day or two. I called the next day to see had if the parts had arrived and was told that no order was placed for the correct color part even though the gentleman had told me it was ordered, and that they put the pink glass on because it was they had, again without informing me. After waiting a little less than a week for the part to arrive I go in and the employee working there greeted me by saying "Oh you're the one that threw a fit?" and after explaining to him why I was frustrated he proceeded to say "Well most people don't even care about the color of their phone" though the employee did apologize I found the mannerisms of everyone I dealt with to be extremely unprofessional. I paid a lot of money for this repair and I trusted this company to complete the job correctly, and while they did in the end, I still have not been treated as poorly by a repair shop, as fix in a zip has treated me.

Took my daughter's iphone 12 there for charging issue and camera not working. As usual, they fixed it quickly and affordably. We won't use anyone else. These guys are the best!
