We had a Microsoft software issue that was very difficult to resolve ( no help from Microsoft). Fox (Donnie) came to our home and spent a considerable amount of time trying to fix it, but ended up having to take the pc. He resolved the issue text day and also installed a new SSD at our request. Super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely use them again with any computer issues.
