I thought I needed a new charging port on an IPhone 11 but he told me that he’s never had to change a port on one, only clean it. He then proceeded to tell me that the first cleaning of it was complimentary. Needless to say, I was there within the hour. In 5 minutes he cleaned the port, plugged it in, and it instantly lit up and was charging!

amazing man. all around great experience.
