Tech ER

I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy and Tech ER. Our work computer completely crashed, and we were terrified that we had lost all of our information and programs. Within 24 hours Jeremy was able to clone our hard drive, and insert it into a new computer for what I felt was an extremely reasonable price. He was also able to give us a lot of information and recommendations for future use to prevent such an issue from happening again (which as someone who is technologically ignorant, I truly appreciated). I cannot thank them enough for all of their help!

Tech ER is a fantastic place to hang out, learn, and get your repairs done. I've made several purchases from this company over the course of six months consisting of a Macbook Pro, Galaxy S6, and an external hard drive enclosure. I didn't feel pressured to buy any of these items and every question I asked about them was answered with honesty. I'm not gonna leave a bad review for the owner not negotiating on the price with me, because I wouldn't expect Kroger to negotiate their prices either....

NOT ELDERY FRIENDLY ! Young fella with glasses scruffy beard told me to look up my phone model and give it to him, I didn’t know how he said he couldn’t help me. He said it’s my phone I should know what model I have. Most disrespectful .It is close to home but I’ll drive 100 miles before I grace there doors. I assumed they would know one model from another. Disappointed
