Would recommend anyone with computer issues to go here. My laptop wouldn't turn on, in less than a week it was repaired. Great pricing and great customer service. Will always be going here in the future!!

Needed my computer cleaned, ssd replaced , and case replaced. I fix computers at work and HATE doing the same at home. As long as I live around the Knoxville area , Austin's Computers will be the place I bring my PC to when I don't feel like continuing work at home ! He did an amazing job, was quick and responsive , and very thorough in his work moving the internals to another case. Highly recommened , and I have personally sent other coworkers to this shop to get their PC's fixed. Would recommened to anyone and everyone nearby and passing through!

As a small business owner, mostly doing business over the internet a functioning computer is a must. They have always been extremely helpful and reliable. They take the extra steps to keep customers satisfied. When I have a computer need, this is my first and last stopping point, going on at least three years. They do not disappoint!

People on the internet rarely write positive reviews, but I felt compelled to today. I am new-ish to the area (LMU student) & was in need of a replacement laptop battery. After a very quick and prompt ordering process, they got my laptop taken care of for a reasonable price. Later, they replaced the battery I had received because the manufacturer had sent an under-warranty older model with less-than-ideal battery life, free of charge. I strongly recommend working with Austin Computer!
