I contacted the company owner to have a custom computer built. I supplied the configuration that I wanted, and he made sure that I had not selected any components that were not compatible with the motherboard that I had selected and recommended changes as necessary. The computer was assembled and tested as soon as the parts arrived. An excellent experience. Highly recommended!

He promptly responded to my query, picked up my laptop, quoted a project (not hourly) price for the services he offered, and contacted me when an unanticipated repair issue popped up. The invoice was delivered to my email as soon as work was completed (within one day). Upon delivery of my laptop the next day, he showed me the hardware issue we discussed, and gave me pointers for backing up my files. Great job!

Took my 6 month old tv in because it was froze on the startup page. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in under an hour.. the tv company did not want to honor the warranty but On/off fixed me right up and ALOT cheaper than anyone else
