This delightful shop is a hidden gem in the world of electronics repair. Whether you've dropped your phone or encountered a pesky software glitch, they tackle many different issues with expertise and a genuine smile. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and kindness. They take the time to listen to your concerns, understand your needs, and explain the repair process in a way that's easy to understand, even if you're not a tech whiz. It's not just their friendliness that shines; it's their efficiency too. They understand that your time is precious, so they work diligently to get your device back to you as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. This place is a scam. Said they needed to do a system reboot but promised no data loss, i lost a good amount of data and my computer is worse than when i brought it in. Brought it in for the hdmi port not working. Awaiting my money back. Finally got my laptop working again and found that a lot of my save game data is also gone. Heard back from this so called “business” and not getting money back. Scam place, do not bring electronics here as they will most likely end up worse off and missing data. 0 stars if that was an option

Louise and her husband were phenomenal. Very nice people ! My daughter dropped her phone on Thursday evening and the screen shattered. We took it in Friday morning and by mid afternoon it was fixed. They are very reasonably priced too!! Love supporting small local businesses!! Will definitely use again in the future!

I would go anywhere but here. They told me it had to be the port or the battery in my iPad and shipped it to California after I called them 2 weeks after having it I didn’t hear back and it was a month later I contacted them and left a voicemail and told them just cancel any fixing of the iPad and that I would come pick it up they called me a week after that voicemail said they were on vacation and that the iPad had water damage. If you’re qualified to fix anything it shouldn’t take 1.5 months and a shipment to another state to say a device has water damage. They’re not qualified if it’s not a broken screen and I wouldn’t even waste my time trusting or going here. Usually water damage shows before a device doesn’t just stop turning on. Little strange they came back with water damage as a result when I’ve had many devices with water damage and they all started showing signs by the touch not working where as the last time the iPad was used the touch and everything was working and then it just stopped turning on one day. Just save yourself the unprofessionalism and confusion and go somewhere qualified that will and update in w professional timely manner
