Grace Technology provides incredible service! I had a spur of the moment laptop issue, called Grace and within 2 hours someone was at my home fixing the issue. Daniel was the technician and he was excellent. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall experiences.

The staff was professional and cordial. I had sent my laptop in for a fan issue and was told all it took was to reset said fan but that took a total of 4 weeks to accomplish along with another week and a half simply trying to schedule a pick up time costing a total of 110$ for something that was a “quick fix”, (although I don’t have a professional frame of reference). Once I received my laptop back I had lots of gooey gunk on my computer, remains of a sticker, and what looked to be water outline of where someone set a drink on it (which is possible I’m wrong about what was set on it). I won’t be recommending anyone to go because I feel there’s faster options out there and one that would at the least clean up a mess they’d left on my laptop. At the end of the day my issue looks to be fixed so I’m happy it ended well.
