I came in to get a phone fixed & they said they would update me if anything happens. I paid $50 upfront fee which i was okay with. My phone had gone into a reboot loop & they said they would have to order a proximity sensor to fix it. I went in about a couple days after & they still hadn’t ordered the piece my phone needed. Again they said it would take a couples days to a week to fix. I was fine with that. What i had an issue with is through the phone they always gave me false hope that my phone was gonna be done & to take a visit at the store to pick it up or something like that. When i showed up they still hadn’t fixed it & i was starting to get a little frustrated since i need my phone for daily use & important work. They told me they were going to order the piece it needed & they would let me know when it was ready. A day or 2 later they said they didn’t order the piece & that they couldn’t do anything. I was giving this place a chance since it’s near my house & easy access, that was not the case. Overall i had a terrible experience here & my time was wasted when I could’ve went somewhere else.

Moises was extremely professional from beginning to end. My iPhone needed to be restored (thankfully I had a backup). The firmware needed multiple attempts, but Moises did not give up & made it happen after a different iPhone certified repair location could not. Ubreakifix in Smyrna, TN. will always be my go to👍🏾

Thomas was awesome! Although it was late afternoon when I decided to take my phone in they managed to get my screen fixed quickly before they closed. I was so glad when Thomas called and said my phone was ready, I really appreciate their prompt service. My screen looks great!

This Smyrna store with the great professional assistance I received from Eric definitely was on point! Turned a very frustrating scenario involving the Murfreesboro store into an extremely pleasant one. I currently live in Murfreesboro but this was definitely worth the extra drive!! Moises and Courtney were polite and professional. They explained everything and answered all my questions. Unfortunately they were unable to get the data from my phone and Courtney was so apologetic. I really appreciate their timeliness and care. I wouldn't hesitate to use this location again.
