Smart Wireless Repair

My father was having several issues with his iPhone (he tried to repair it himself unsuccessfully). This business was extremely helpful, very cost efficient and trustworthy. I am grateful to have such quality phone repair services in Smyrna. We had called around, and the owner was very patient and helpful when describing what would need to be repaired/ replaced. He kept us informed every step of the way and I will continue to confidently refer Smart Wireless Repair to friends and family!

If you have an iphone and you need a new screen, i beg of you just GO TO APPLE. I had dropped my phone pretty hard, definitely my fault, and I needed a new screen so i got a new iPhone screen installed at Smart Wireless repair for $100 less than the apple store. However, within 2 months, I noticed some micro cracks and what looked like ink bleeding from the screen. I took it back to hopefully get it fixed again with the warranty, but Robert convinced me i must have dropped it or knocked it in my pocket so i paid again to have another new screen. I figured it must have been a freak accident or something. However, within 2 weeks, my phone fell from not even 2 feet off the ground and immediately it started "bleeding ink" again until the whole phone went black. I knew something wasn't right with these screens so i had it fixed a third time but i went to Apple. They told me that the previous screen was just kind of popped in there and that no adhesive was even used which was why the screens were not very sustainable. I've had my new Apple screen now for 3 months and even had some pretty gnarly drops and the screen has stayed good and strong. I highly suggest if you need a new screen, just go to the Apple store. I wanted to save $100 in the beginning, but now I'm down an extra $270. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

I came to fix the broken screen on an Iphone 11 pro max. They charged me 19$ just because I used a card to pay. They gave me a price and once I came back to pay, it was different from the original price they had told me. I payed almost 200$. The price is despicable. I do not recomend coming here at all.

I took my phone in to get fixed and within a few hours my phone over heated and wouldn’t charge. I took it back in and he put the old back back on my phone and he broke it even more than it was before. Then when I said oh it more messed up than before he proceeded to Shrug he shoulders and say well I had to get it off somehow. My phone is literally pieced back together and barely holding on. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

I went here due to a Google review. I needed a new charging port on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Apple wanted half the cost of a new phone. It was under warranty but apparently I bent a prong with the cotton from a qtip. They had to order the part but they had it next day and had it replaced for 1/4 of the cost. Highly recommend
