Not only is Nathan incredibly knowledgeable , he is very patient with people like me who are technologically challenged! Nathan set up my computer and also my Sonos system and made sure l felt comfortable using them. I highly recommend Firefly!!

Nathan is a nice young man. He worked on my PC and couldn't find the fix. He worked at it for a long time. However, there was no fix for it. I ended up paying hin 708.00 and I am in no better situation than before he showed up. I'm quite positive he was experimenting and gaining education at my expense. He couldn't fix it and I wish he had been honest and told me that prior to him spending all that time and my money for his education.
