Great place for repairs and more! I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro Max which had a complete destruction of the screen. Not only did Anthony take his time and looking at my phone he also noticed the frame was slightly bent and explained what issues it could cause if I did not replace the frame with cell phone reception and actually showing where the iPhone antenna is located. I took his advice and with working with my schedule my phone was fixed as brand as new very quickly ! They also have a great selection of screen protectors and cases that won’t hurt your wallet. Recommend this repair shop completely and hopefully I do not have to have another repair but I will be spreading the word to go here if anyone I know has any issues. Thank you for a great repair and fantastic customer service.

I had a great experience at the store! I got along with the two employees that were in the store yesterday, Anthony and Glenda. I had a phone that was just black screen and dead. Maybe took a little bit of a charge but would never start back up. I did have to buy a new phone. I was distraught at the thought of having everything completely lost, but Anthony spent a couple hours with me doing his best to get what he could from my old one. Well… From the cloud. Unfortunately I hadn’t had it backed up on the cloud for a couple years or so. But he was very cool and took his time. He’s actually like a wizard! I left her feeling very satisfied! So I highly recommend them!

It’s a good store for things like cell phone cases and accessories. However, I wouldn’t let him touch your laptop. He’s a nice guy, But he’ll tell you he knows what he’s doing and he really doesn’t. Never had a problem with my MacBook Pro in six years. I needed a battery replacement which is standard after that amount of time. Rather than drive all the way to the West town mall I brought it to him. He replaced the battery. When I got it back The speakers were blown. They were not blown before I brought it in. He replaced the speaker for $60. But here I am a month later still trying to get the new battery to charge and it just won’t. I’ve been able to get it to turn on But the battery will not take a charge. So off to the West town Mall I go. I’m just going to go to the Apple Store and let the people who know what they’re doing fix this thing once and for all.

The staff was very pleasant to work with. I brought in a swollen battery and broken charger port everyone else quoted me almost 200 to fix both they beat that price by a longshot. The phone was done in less than 2 days and I picked it up and everything works great. I will definitely be going back to them for any needs in the future

Do not go to this place! The grey haired lady is very rude! Started waiting on another customer while she still had my phone in her hand! She also does not know how to repair anything.! When she could figure my issue out she blamed it on an update 🙄. Her tech even said this. I ended up getting the issues taken care of myself. This place is a joke!
