Gus worked on our entire commercial network here at GKT, he redid basically our entire network from the ground up and restored our functionality completely. I took my computer to GKB Tech Solutions. It was completely locked down by a scammer. I could not open my computer no matter what I tried to do. Gus, the GKB Manager, immediately started working on it. He was able to fix it and had it working perfectly so I could pick it up the same day. A few days later by phone, Gus helped me install a anitivirus software on my computer and helped me reinstall several programs I had lost when my computer was scammed. Gus was very kind and patient in answering many questions I had about my computer. The cost to fix it was very reasonable. Gus is a computer genius. To him and GKB Tech Solutions, I give a 5 star plus rating.

Absolutely love this company! Gus, the owner came to my house to look at my wife’s laptop! He spent almost an hour diagnosing it free of charge! We determined that the hard drive had failed. He bought a new hard drive and installed it, installed the operating software and delivered it back to us in two days! Gus is so professional and reliable and he is value for money! Any other shop would have charged a fortune but not Gus! Very reasonable and superb service! If you ever need a honest, reliable person to work on your laptop or computer call Gus!
