I can not say enough good things about this location to equate how wonderful the customer service is here! Every time I have been in this location, the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure I leave satisfied, whether it be an in-and-out shopping experience or a lengthy shopping experience. It is good to see that customer service still exists! Special thank you to Greg, Gavin, and Ci'Era for all your help and patience yesterday! You all did a superb job assisting and simplifying a large task for me!

Took my laptop in for a “Tune Up” and general diagnosis of some issues I was having. My primary associate Nathen was very helpful, patient, respectful and attentive. My laptop was OLD and updates were not cost effective so he helped me pick out a new one and transferred everything over. Great experience, will give them more business in the future

Today I went into Staples to drop off an Amazon return. Of course I ran into issues. I needed to print a return label and the box I had wasn't large enough for the return. EVERY team member assisted with only a $7.00 box sale attached to my business. They printed the label, found the box for purchase, taped and packed the return for me. I have been a hotel GM for 20 years and I was blown away by Tanner and the crew going ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me today. Thank you all so much!! I need a few of my team members to take the customer service training from this crew!!!

I came in the other day to purchase a desk and monitor, the service was amazing! The staff was noticeably short staffed but took their time with each guest and was very helpful. I applaud them for their consideration and attentiveness while not being over whelmed with being short staffed. Thank you!
