"Z" was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and fast. . . even more than the Apple store! He obviously is well informed about everything Apple. In fact, his matter-of-fact customer relations are a refreshing break from the rigors of the Apple Store Genius bar. I'll be back.

Z is knowledgeable, efficient, affordable and a very nice person! My iMac crashed and I was told by a different computer repair shop that it couldn’t be repaired and all my photos and data were lost! Z was able to reassure me in under 5 minutes that in addition to retrieving my data, he could repair my computer! It took a few days because he had to order the hard drive I wanted, but in under a week he had my computer repaired and better than ever! I highly, highly, highly recommend Z Mac!!

The price was $250 less than the price at Apple, and they fixed it in less than 2 hours. This Sunday, my screen went dark again, and when I brought it back in, they replaced it again within the hour and didn’t charge me. They are the only place other than Apple I trust with my MacBook.
