Highly recommend! My daughter went in to inquire about her phone issues and even though they couldn’t repair they gave her great instructions for getting a replacement fast. I went in for phone charging issues and Greg fixed everything on the spot. Quick and easy!

Guy said my phone couldn’t be fixed and all my stuff on it was lost completely. I fixed it myself and still have everything as it was!!!!! My phone was damaged pretty bad, the charger stopped working, the screen was a little cracked, but the phone still worked. The guy did a test and said there's no way to get my phone fixed and everything would be lost even if I had them repair it which could cost up to $900 and I’d still lose my saved things. I BOUGHT A WIRELESS CHARGER AND MY PHONE WORKS PERFECTLY!!!!! Not sure if he is incompetent or lazy but either way unacceptable. Deserves 0 stars.

Unfortunately I've required their repair services 3 times, but each time the repair has been flawless with great customer service and turnaround time. **Update - they did it again! After my phone spent several minutes at the bottom of the deep end of the pool and wouldn't power on, I debated if I even wanted to waste my time on trying to get it repaired. Thanks to Greg the phone whisperer, it is now as good as new at a tiny fraction of the price I thought I'd be spending on a new phone.

Website said open Sunday 12 to 5... Used web to make 1pm appointment and drove 40 miles.. locked up. No one there, waited till 1:30, still no one showing up. Don't advertise being open and taking appointments if you can't get the store open. ***UPDATE*** The owner reached out to me today and explained what happened. I won't go into details for privacy reasons, but suffice it to say that there was a very good reason no one showed up. I feel silly now that I know the reason and our thoughts and prayers go out to the person who didn't make it to work that day. I especially appreciate the owner reaching out to me personally.
