I was lucky that searching for my iPad repair, I came across LifeLine Repairs. It’s not easy to spot from the street this busyness, but thanks to online search engines I located LifeLine Repair. It’s close to my home and have good reviews. Ron, who is the store Manager, is very customer friendly and my iPad was repaired in time and looks like a new one. Comparing to other places, especially to Apple Store, pricing is a very reasonable and definitely is a good value. Overall, it was a great positive experience.

I went to the one in Green Hills. My car had attacked my phone (ran over it) and shattered the screen. On examination it turned out that the 2 screws that hold the screen had been too bent to remove. We consulted and the tech said he could try pulling apart the screen which might work or might hurt the phone,. Since I would have to dump the phone no matter what, I gave him the go ahead. 20 minutes later I had a fully functioning phone in my hand. I love this guy!

I'm going to echo a lot of the reviews here. Hands down one of the best businesses I've encountered in Nashville. I had an emergency after badly shattering my iPhone X screen, and Ron was beyond just helpful. He responded right away and asked me to come by, even though it was towards the end of the day. He's genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. The service was much faster than I anticipated, at a lower price than Apple or their certified counterparts, and they even offer a 4-month warranty. They're also being very careful during the ongoing pandemic. This place really is a lifeline. It's like nothing ever happened! I highly recommend them for any issues you have. I'll definitely be back if I have any in the future!

Ron at LifeLine made my day. I thought I had a busted screen and was facing an expensive repair. He took a quick look at it, diagnosed the problem as a cracked screen protector, replaced it, and had me out the door in under 5 minutes. Extremely nice guy void of the surly arrogance I've previously encountered with some tech folks. Highly recommend.
