MouseCalls VIP service has been fantastic. I have had several problems with my technology and they have responded and resolved issues quickly and efficiently. Things usually go wrong on Sunday night when a project is due for Monday morning. No problem, it gets resolved Highly recommended. I am so glad that I've called up MouseCalls to help me and my family with our technology needs these past couple years. We've developed a great relationship and they sincerely put their customers first. Most recently, they helped us to get a WiFi signal from our house to a detached garage/apartment. They made this experience incredibly easy, were very efficient, and their pricing was more than fair. Not to mention, they let me know in advance that if their first solution didn't work out, they'd cover any costs on their own. I felt very reassured by that, but that is the typical mode for them. They're wonderful to work with and value their clients highly. Their solution did work out the first time and, frankly, I enjoyed getting to know Clifton and talk to him during and after the install. Great group of people to work with and I'll definitely call upon them next time I need help with something.

They are by far the best tech company I have used. I renewed again my VIP membership which continues to very cost effective due to the monitoring of my custom PC they built for me a couple of years ago, and issues and challenges I have called them about.The staff continues to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and very personable. When there have been various computer virus and other potential attacks, they send out warnings. Thank you Clifton, one of there staff, who recently did some computer maintenance and help me organize files. He also answered some additional questions on following days at my convenience. What a great group of people!
