John is very professional! I called him up about my chromebook which I was just about to throw away because the screen was completely dark and not working at all. He told me to bring it by just before he closed for the day. I got a few calls some days later in which he was about to do a HDMI screening test on it but I told him it mirrored fine the night I brought it over. I was expecting to spend over $150 for a screen replacement BUT John fixed the problem (no screen replacement) for only $45! He is a lifesaver!
