Scheduled an appointment to get a remote start installed about a month ago. I schedule everything at work so I can leave early, I drive 40 minutes to my appointment and turns out, they didn't they didn't even order the parts. They tell me I have to schedule another appointment to get it installed. I'm not at the mad at the employee or anything. Everything was set up through their website and their call center. I'm just kind of upset. I received at least 4 reminders prior to my appointment and everything.

Marcus was extremely helpful and patient when I visited the helpdesk this weekend. He calmly inquired on my primary issue and why I was visiting, asked clarifying questions and also conferred with his colleagues. He then recommended redownloading software to see if it solved my external hard drive access issue. Voila! Problem solved. He did not charge me and I told him that I would keep him in mind for future tech needs. Smart customer service… #customerforlife. Thanks, Marcus!
