Omid is very friendly and great person. I had a recommendation from my friend as I had a problem with the cooling system in my laptop. He fixed it very quickly for a very fair price. He explained the cause for the problem and offered possible solutions in very accessible language. I had my laptop working like before on the next day! Cannot be more grateful for his help and great attitude!

What a great experience with the store owner. He fixed my computer. Spent a good amount of time running diagnostics. I am happy to say it's running perfectly. What a pleasure doing business with him. He was great at explaining what he was doing step by step. Extremely knowledgeable.

This is the place you want to go when that "oh no this can't be happening to me" moment happens. Technology fails. We all know that. But Eagle Computer rises to the occasion when that happens. The moment I walked into the the shop, I knew I was in the right place. Dated and faded posters of Y2K IT products behind endless racks of equipment and tools, the mark of someone with years of experience and knowledge in the field. And then Omid, the shop owner, appeared from the depths within and referred to me as a friend. He first offered his sympathies for my laptop issues and immediately got me squared away with some paperwork. I left feeling confident that I was in the right hands. Two days later- phone call. It's Omid. He described in detail his process of diagnosis and what he came up with. Catastrophic failure. My laptop needed a new motherboard. I did not fret though, for his softspoken politeness and confidence was enough for me to know that everything was going to be okay. Omid and I worked out a plan for what to do next. He did some research into a replacement motherboard, as did I (fully expecting the worst). We came up with a manufacturer direct replacement with upgraded components for a price comparable to what the stock motherboard would have cost otherwise (Lenovo was running a sale so we got lucky). He was completely onboard with the idea of upgrade parts, so we got parts ordered and the waiting game began. A few days later- email from Omid. He was not going to settle for a mediocre job; a new cooling module was needed as well to complete the job to manufacturer spec. I was okay with this since his work was saving me 2 to 4 times the cost of a replacement laptop. Parts were ordered. A few more days later- email. 10PM on a Sunday. He finished my laptop. At 10PM on a Sunday. Who works at 10PM on a Sunday? Not me. But Omid does. If this doesn't speak to the quality of Omid's customer service and his overall character, I don't know what does. I can't speak highly enough about Omid's customer service and craftsmanship. While I hope I don't have another critical technology meltdown, I will definitely be happy to return to Eagle Computer with my business.
