I called and spoke with Zach, the owner of Capitol City Computers. I stopped in the next morning just after opening and spoke with Zach again, this time leaving my relatively new HP laptop to have a larger SSD cloned and installed. Zach explained the process and a few hours later I received a call letting me know that the laptop was ready. Thank you for making this a seamless experience. This is the computer place in Nashville.

Amazing! I was trying to replace the battery on a computer when I found one of the screws holding the bottom panel in place was stripped and I couldn't get it out. I came by on a Tuesday afternoon when they were clearly very busy and they were able to get me in and out within 10 minutes. They got the screw out and sent me back with several replacement screws. Thank you guys so much! Ya'll are the best!

Neil and the guys were able to fix my crashes on brand new hardware for my custom PC. Games I should have had 0 issues with were crashing to my desktop, I spent 3 weeks on every forum post known to man trying to fix it. Neil got it done within a day. The folks at Capital City looked at my laptop that was a little bit older and needed hardware repairs. They were honest, realistic and professional. All though I chose to not repair the components on this OLD laptop (I will need to buy a much newer one), I would trust them for looking at any computer issues.
