I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. The staff, particularly the manager, Yul, were incredibly rude and unprofessional. After I decided to make a purchase on Apple’s website while still inside the store (because of how I was being treated), Yul accused me of fraud without any basis. This was not only disrespectful but also completely unfounded and unfair to me to be treated like that on the Christmas Eve night. I contacted Apple Support to report this, but unfortunately, no action was taken, and the situation was never resolved. I did nothing wrong—simply chose to purchase my device online due to the hostile treatment I received in person. Yul’s behavior was unprofessional and unethical. I filed three complaints with Apple Customer Service, but I’m frustrated to learn that no steps were taken to address the issue. It’s disheartening to see others online share similar complaints about this employee, indicating that further training is desperately needed. Apple Downtown Nashville, you guys are sucks! You guys are terrible. You guys are a disgrace. A message for the manager Yul: I was deeply disappointed and surprised by your aggressive and hostile behavior, your ego is extremely large and your intellectual capacity is extremely small. The other employees are not your employees, as you said, They are all Apple employees, just as you are also an Apple employee. Lower your ego and remember that Apple's reason for being is the customers. The reason for your job is to treat customers well. So start having a better attitude towards customers or look for another job. Don’t be hostile to customers we don’t deserve that we come to Apple Store to spend money. Not to deal with your ego attacks and power trip. You stressed and escalated a situation that made no sense at all, You made no effort to desescalate the tensions even when I asked you to calm down. The other manager was also useless and tried to cover up the whole situation, no one at any point apologized for offending me. So Downtown Apple, you guys need to do better!

Came in to get a Phone upgrade. From the moment I walked in I was greeted kindly and sent to an area to wait for an Associate. Jason was standing there and immediately began to help me with my phone upgrade. He was clear, concise, knowledgeable, and kind. Laid everything out for me perfectly and I was in and out of there. Highly recommend this place!

Daniel made my year! I was locked out of my laptop and WiFi issues. He spent over a hour and got it fixed with a managers approval. There needs to be more kind caring people like him in the world. I can’t express my gratitude enough. Thank you so so much!

I went to the Apple store and I tried to purchase an iMac and the salesman. All I asked them was to do was tell me the price. They tried to make it more difficult than it was and tried to treat me like I was poor. I'm a landscaper and I had a little bit of dirt on my jacket. I can see the way they were mistreating me and didn't want to help me. And then when I asked to wait on a different salesperson, the manager Kayla gave me an attitude told me that I can't wait on somebody else. Aunt Dad that I should leave and that if I wanted anything that I should just go on to apple.com and I try to be so kind to her and all she wanted to do was be little and be rude to me. I'm not one to leave a bad review but today I had to. She wasted my time and I'm going home without being to get the computer device that I saved my hard working money for. I hope everybody else has a great day. I hope she has a great day too, but learn to treat people with respect. It'll go a long way

I had my 4 credit/debit cards stolen today. They went to this Apple Store to make a $1700 purchase. After 3 of the cards were declined the Apple associate didn’t have enough common sense to think they needed to check for an ID on the 4th card. Then when I call they tell me they couldn’t release any information to me for their privacy policy. I wouldn’t expect any less from a Woke company like Apple. Let definitely protect the person who stole my cards and fraudulently purchased an Apple whatever.
