I had to get the battery in my MacBook replaced and the staff was very polite and got my computer fixed in a timely manner. The price was also very reasonable and half of what I would have paid if I had taken it to Apple. I will definitely be using them again for any other tech needs.

My wife’s phone stopped charging and wouldn’t hold a charge for anything, we tried multiple different cables and outlets before deciding to bring it to this scam place!!! First the guy behind the counter looked like he had no idea what I was talking about when I was explaining what was wrong with it and then said well you just need a new cable before even looking at the phone!!!! Then I said no we have tried that and he said okay I will run a diagnostic test (WHICH SAYS FREE ON THEIR WEBSITE) I agreed. We left my phone number for them and her phone was there pretty much all day and we still hadn’t heard anything an hour before they closed so we called for an update. Well they said they had plugged the phone up and its charging at the moment and that it will be a $30 diagnostic fee. Since when do we have to pay a fee for all you doing is plugging the phone up???? What a rip off!!!! I could have done that myself!!! All associates are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and SCAMMERS who are NOT upfront about services and costs!!!! So essentially we paid $30 and wasted gas for them to hook her phone to a charger and do nothing. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place!!!! Don’t waste your time!
