In a world where everything is bought online I thought it would be best to go try out the office chairs so I know which one works. I wanted one not put together since it was less money. The person that went to get the chair started I need to get the extended warranty because the chairs don't last. I said wow great sales approach. Maybe I shouldn't get a chair here. I got the chair anyway and I understand they make money on selling the pointless extended warranty but it almost cost them the sale all together.

I’ve always had my Dymo labels price matched to Amazon without any issues—until now. When I went to check out as usual and requested the price match, they refused because the item wasn’t shipped and sold directly by Amazon. However, it was shipped and fulfilled by Dymo themselves. I’d understand if it were a third-party seller, but they’re refusing to match the manufacturer’s own Amazon store price? In the end, I had no choice but to pay more than double in-store because they wouldn’t honor it.

Shopping for a new printer, I was directed to that department's salesperson who provided comparison info on 2-3 printers including prices...including promotional printers on sale. I was able decided, pay, and be finished in about 20 minutes. Great service.
