I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for installation of a security camera which I bought online. I was quoted a price for the service in advance, but upon arriving for my appointment, they told me they cannot install it because wire is little short!!! And when I took an appointment they told me everything is good. As well as i was quoted an even higher price than originally. I set the appointment based on the price i was promised, and was left without the service! Very dissatisfied!

I am so grateful to Daniel, the tech at the Mount Juliet store. He took extra time with me and solved the problems of my computer that was evidently defective and then he reloaded everything asked me what I wanted on it and everything was successfully done. I can now breathe again after 5 weeks of having a downed computer

I had an issue with an old Laptop. Manny was the tech that saved the day. He was very patient, professional and extremely helpful, best part he brought my Laptop back to life. I also observed how well everyone worked together. Highly recommend this team. Thank you very much.

Took my car to get a radio and backup camera installed. Took 7.5 hours to get my car back ( dropped off at noon and they weren’t done until just after 7:30) my backup camera wasn’t installed well and everyone keeps complaining that I sound “muffled” when speaking to them on phone calls through my car. Really terrible experience.

I sought service on a recently purchased HP Desktop computer which turned out to have a fried motherboard. When Geek Squad techs had a problem getting a replacement part, they negotiated with HP to replace the computer with a new unit. Lexus at the Geek Squad service counter is a stand out. She is AWESOME!
