Ulttanet is absolutely ridiculous. We have the 8gb plan and this is our speed. Can't even watch a YouTube video on the lowest quality without it spinning every few seconds. Highly dissatisfied in this "high speed" service!

I was on the hunt for some uncommon cables for power/video for 4 days. Every big box store was out and the associates didn't know/care about what I needed. I visited Log On today as my last Hail Mary and the team there took it home. They knew exactly what I was looking for and had it available! Their level of expertise is unmatched and their customer service was top notch. I will be back for all my computer needs! Thanks again gentlemen for taking the time to help me. ππΏππΏππΏππ½ππ½ππ½

Have used this Internet service for my parents for years. I hate making these kind of marks, but this has been the absolute worst Internet Service serving Morristown. To be clear, this is only discussing Log On's attempt to support the Ultranet/Wireless Internet service entity. I can't speak on their computer support as I've yet to use it. I can honestly say that for all the years that I've used this service, that it only worked somewhat reasonable in the first year I used it back when the service was first offered. This was many years ago. After that point, it has never functioned as one would expect; connections dropped, offline, outages. It's completely regular. Typically the service varies in the "oh wow, we had a good week that time" and then the remainder of the months are atrocious. I can't necessarily fault the company. The employees are friendly; they truly try to help. It's just unfortunately that after the week of assistance, that service goes South again. I hate saying these sort of things as I love the idea of small business growing and serving the community. I'd love for the service to change and turn this rating around. However, that's all up to LogOn. My hope is that it happens.

Logon Computer Services is a business that could only exist in Morristown, or perhaps any other downtrodden backwoods township that is at least a decade behind the modern, connected world. To give this operation a single star would simply be unjust, as they have somewhat competent customer support. However, as an Ultranet subscriber for multiple years now, that's where my positives end. Let me be frank with you. If you live in a rural area in Morristown, and do not want a truly satellite internet connection, you have to subscribe to Ultranet. AT&T Rural Access does not extend here, nor do similar services. You have no choice. If Ultranet had even a shred of competency, this wouldn't be a problem; but they don't in the slightest. I wish I could remember the amount of nights I've sat, waiting for my internet to come back on because of an outage. It has gone off for longer than 24 hours previously; that's utterly unacceptable. To make a living as a web designer, I have to go to the Dunkin Donuts and utilize their WiFi more often that I do work at home. I sometimes feel as if their downtime is longer than their uptime. And often times, this isn't just because of outages; their speeds are abhorrent. I can only come to the conclusion that this sorry bunch of college dropouts parading around as technicians are using an outdated technology that causes throttling when there are more subscribers on in an area. In the evening, their "service" is almost impossible to use. Even if I am the only person in my house, and even if my modem is plugged directly into my desktop, my speeds are abhorrent. I am getting a genuine fraction of the speeds I am being scammed for. I am paying upwards of $80 for ~8 Mbps. In the year 2019, this is what I'm stuck with in an area of Morristown that isn't even that rural. This is all because of a joke of a company's monopoly on the rural population of this town. If I could get Spectrum in my area, I would be paying for $45 a month for 200 Mbps, and they give you a real modem. Did you know the modem that Logon gives you is outdated by over a decade? How much more of a joke can this "service" be? My only hope is that this place soon goes out of business. It will sooner than later, as businesses like this will not survive in an ever-expanding tech world. I hope, furthermore, that someone from LogOn sees this an realizes you are operating a monopolistic scam. If you can, avoid their service at all costs. I am having to rent an office space in town so I can have consistent internet access to do my work. So thank you, LogOn Computer Services, for altering my life in such a way through your absolute joke of an internet subscription service.

Staff is friendly enough, most of the time. I've had one particular experience with them when they nearly flat out refused to give me any advice on a certain problem I was having. Their prices are extremely expensive compared to other places, especially for computer hardware. If you are looking for hardware, buy online and install yourself. It's very simple and it will save you a lot of money.
