I had a problem with my HP laptop that I attempted to fix myself. Long story short after putting some time in trying I threw in the towel! Alvin knew the problem I was dealing with right fr9m the moment we spoke. He asked what I had done and even notified me of other things I could do to potentially avoid a visit with him. This gentlemen is genuine in every way. You will go to his home in a nice neighborhood and meet him in the garage. You instantly feel at home chatting it up and having conversation about similar interest or broad topics. He eased into computer talk and gave me an idea on what angle he was going to attack my prognosis beleived to plagued my laptop. He called me to let me know what he found wrong prior to moving forward with the work and gained my consent to proceed prior to finishing. He nailed it! Revamped my computer 100%. This thing runs better than new! I un-installed everything and essential swiped my computer in an effort to get it up and running. So, Alvin reinstalled the latest version of Windows. Updated the OS. Set up everything in detail with passwords etc. With information he gathered from me when I dropped it off. He was fair price, fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Sitting in his garage I watched he'd him take multiple calls from people having issues such as mine all the way to people having issues with high end gaming computers running various online games. Often giving them solutions to possibly negate the issue and avoid seeing him at all. This struck me as incredibly humble, helpful, and kind spirited. This man is a master in his craft and thoroughly enjoys it. A genius of sorts. Do not waste your time looking around. This guy is the best in Memphis. I am sure of it.
