I had a great experience! I went in to get my phone repaired. I dropped it and The top half stopped responding and had screen tare I have a Z flip 3 and when I first entered I was told that the screen I needed was not supplied simply because it was older model. So the young man Cayle told me they could order it and it would be repaired as soon as it got delivered. I was estimated 3-5 days and on day 3 my phone was ready for pickup. It was a simple pickup and drop off process very accommodating! No foreign scratches or raised edges besides noticeable entrance on the back side, but that does not bother me too much. Great service I would recommend if you need a older phone screen repair!

I was quoted $39.99 for a screen protector and install but, they didn't have any in stock and needed to wait two days. Cool. I show up and the price jumped to $49.99. Fine. 40 minutes later I come to pick up my Fold 5. There was bubbles on both side, a line through the entire length of the screen and the left side was peeling off. I complained that this was not the quality I was expecting and was told my options were to pay and come back later, keep as is with $10 off or they would peel off the screen protector and I could go somewhere else. No option to fix it?! I asked for the managers name and number which they refused. Really? Of course the guy who attempted the fix wouldn't give me his name. I wonder why. I was told I could call back for the manager later. You bet! Update: I did give them a chance to make it right. They replace the screen saver again. Brandon charged me $21 for the repair. Cool. I'm not looking for something for free. I just want my phone screen protected. However, it started showing the same gap at the seams. Needless to say I decided to take my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

Bruh don't come here. Just don't do it if you don't have to. Save yourself the total aggravation. 3 days energy and time wasted. They never have parts or can't do a repair for some assanine reason if it's under warranty.they will make up a reason not to do the work. Untrustworthy. Money hungry. Dishonest. Skip it save your self the headache. Don't say I didn't warn you.im sure the neckbeards at this location will respond with something snarky because small pee pee energy.🤷‍♀️🤏 this is a valid review not a bot. They beg customers for good reviews. I wish the competition in phone repairs locally would offer some services on this review so the customers know there are options.

Fast and friendly service. They replaced my phone screen in less than the 2-hour time frame they said it would take. With my Verizon insurance plan, administered by Assurion, I didn't even have to pay a deductible. Thanks.

I had to have the "lower board" replaced on my phone ~ they said it would take 2-3 hrs~ they called after 1 1/2 hrs to say it was ready for pickup!! The guys were very polite & informative. I will definitely use them again, if, God forbid, something else needs replaced or fixed.
