I took my ipad for screen repair and was told it would take 45 minutes but was extended to 6 hours and they didn't charge me but then it would not work properly afterwards. I can't type because in inputs the wrong letters or multiple letters/numbers at a time. I can't put my code in without it locking up.

My experience (Sep 2022) with this location was just average. We took an iPhone in for screen that had a problem-randomly changing screens on its own. They said they could fix it and changed the screen, then the screen did not work at all. I then took it to Apple who said they would have to replace the screen I just had installed. At the same time we asked them to change out a mini drone battery which they said they could and eventually did but the battery connection came loose soon after without even flying/crashing the drone. We took the drone to the shop that normally does our phones, drone. I like IFix shops and this is the first time I've had an issue but how it was handled was not great either and we will likely just drive further to the other shop. Discuss work in detail, time line, any guarantee and charges including what will happen, what you will be charged if their fix does not work.

My samsung phone was constantly dying because the charging cord wouldn't stay connected to the charging port. I tried cleaning it, but that didn't seem to help. I made an appointment to have the port replaced, and the woman working that evening said she thought she could see something in the port. It was pocket lint that was jamming up the port. I felt like an idiot, but she was so pleasant and didn't even charge me! Excellent customer service! Next time I have an actual repairable issue, they will for sure be getting my business!!

I am very grateful for the experience and knowledge of Stephanie Stephanie. She has helped me twice in the last few days with two phones and problems at my IT guy was unable to settle with me over the phone. I am deeply grateful and commend her to anyone, who might need her assistance in this regard thank you

I just walked in there because my charging port was messed up and the kind lady fixed it in about 30 seconds and didn’t charge me a thing. I cannot recommend this place enough.
