Robert is very smart, professional, courteous, and honest. He made me feel comfortable entrusting my computer to him for repairs. He kept me updated on the progress of my computer repair through the process. His customer service is stellar, which is so hard to find nowadays. He fixed my computer promptly and for a very reasonable price, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the performance of my computer. He was very professional at first. He fixed my screen . Then months later it started showing a black screen pop up. Now it’s lagging really badly. I’ve called maybe 30 times at different times. No answer.

I really appreciate the personal connection Robert makes with his customers, the way he keeps you updated and informed. He made sure I had the tracking number for my ordered parts and advised me on any unforseen situation that may have occurred. He was polite, attentive, and reassuring during our consultation. My laptop was accidentally stepped on, which caused my screen to be damaged and other problems. Now, it's looking brand new and working perfectly. I will definitely recommend his service to anyone that is ever in need of computer repair services.

My laptop had been having problems for a while, likely had some viruses. Robert was able to fix that, remove some unnecessary programs, update some software, got my computer protected from malware, and upgraded my laptop to have more storage. I felt like everything was reasonably priced, and it only took about a day for him to fix everything. He was very accommodating to my schedule for drop off and pick up because our schedules often conflicted. Once everything was done, he said to let him know if I had any questions, which I immediately took him up on. He answered my questions about malware protection. And now he's in the process of figuring out why I can't use my track pad and type at the same time, which I forgot to mention when I originally brought my laptop in. Overall, a great, quick, and easy experience. Edit: returning customer. My laptop battery died around Thanksgiving a few months after my first drop off. It was ordered and fixed quickly, and it has been working well since. Drop off and pick up were very smooth, and the woman I talked to was very sweet. Thanks again Robert.
