They end up doing good work, but it was incredibly difficult to get them to commit to a timeframe for my repair. No formal scheduling process, which becomes a big problem when handing over a laptop I use to run my business & life. Very nice people, (eventually) great results... just really owe it to their customers to communicate expectations properly.
