Couldn't be bothered to look for 4 screws to fix my son's computer, instead wanted me to bring the whole thing in to put screws in.

Joe is the best! My laptop was literally about to fall apart and couldn’t close. He didn’t have the part for my computer so it had to be found & ordered, which he did! He gave me a great price for repair and the part and called me when he was ready for me to bring my laptop. Not even 3 hours later, and it was ready! It looks like brand new again and cleaned it. I recommend everyone to go there and will continue to use them again. 10 stars for me.

Dropped a laptop off with a bad hard drive. The owner replaced the hard drive and reinstalled windows. When I got my laptop, the sound did not work. I called the owner who worked on my laptop and we tried to download a sound driver unsuccessfully. I was told to bring my computer back in and he would get the sound working again. Keep in mind the sound worked when I dropped the laptop off. I work out of town a lot so last week I finally dropped the machine back off and the owner called to tell me Windows needed to be reinstalled and there would be a charge of $75. I am filing a BBB complaint as well.
