I had to have the camera replaced on my IPhone 6s Plus. The service and price was great. He tried to find the part at a even cheaper price than he originally told me that I thought was very reasonable to begin with. He however did not have any luck. He got the part in and had my phone fixed within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this business.

We had a terrific experience at Ipods & More. Frank was able to take care of our issue on the spot at a reasonable price. My son had a battery issue with his Iphone 6. Unfortunately from the sounds of it we will be back with my daughter's phone within the next year, but I will definitely go to Frank when the time comes. Thanks for the great service!

We have purchased 4 iPads for our business and personal use, and 2 Mac books for college students from Frank at iPods and more. I have lost count of the iPhone screen replacements!! We have never had a problem with any item purchased! Quality products, fast and friendly service, and you just gotta love Frank!!! Highly recommend you give this place a shot!

Took both of my J7 Crown phones to get new batteries put in on April 29th. He told me they would be done Tuesday May 2nd so i went ahead and paid him and left my phones with him. Tuesday came and he called to tell me he ordered the wrong ones so he ordered the correct ones and would be done Friday May 5th. Friday around 3pm I called to ask about them since i hadn't heard anything and was told they didn't come in and he ordered them from china so they should be done Monday May 7th. I called around 3:30 to no answer and looked up his hours to see he is closed on mondays. So Tuesday i call around 1 and no answer so i go up there and a sign on the door says hes closed. A courtesy call would have been nice. So Wednesday May 10th he calls around 9:30am and says they are done so i go up there around 11 and get them. He turns them on shows me the screen and turns them back off. I take them home and charge them til they are fully charged and notice the back button and home button don't work on one of them. So i take it back up there and get him to fix it. He does so i go back home and try to transfer to the phones and when i do my bfs phone starts to restart itself over and over and will not do anything else. So i turn my phone on and as soon as i unplug it, it goes from 100% down to 97% instantly and just goes down to 93% in under 5 minutes. So i basically paid $142 to have perfectly working phones become junk. Never had ANY issues with my phones before except the battery draining from using facetime so much which is why i was replacing them but now they are just not useable. Very disappointed and had to dish out $260 for 2 brand new J7 crown phones. He is nice but just doesn't really communicate very well and ended up messing up my phones to where they are not even useable now.

I am giving 5 stars because I took an iPhone7 there with a shattered screen. It was fixed in 20 minutes at a decent price as well. My phone screen went out after about 30 minutes of having it fixed. I called him and he told me to bring it back. It turned out it was a faulty screen. He fixed it again free of charge and it’s been working perfectly ever since. He stayed late to make sure my phone was fixed that day without a complaint at all. He is very knowledgeable of his products and was eager to help! I would definitely recommend this shop!
