Jimmy and Alex figured out a problem with my brand new Xbox series X within 5 minutes and had it up and running immediately! Would definitely recommend this location to anybody who has some issues with their consoles or phones. Great experience. 10/10!!!

I got my phone fixed yesterday and hade a great experience. I needed both my front and back replaced, battery replaced, cleaning and a new screen protector. Everything was covered under insurance, which I was not expecting, so that straight awesome 💯👏..just like their customer service! It was wonderful. They made the maintenance repairs easy and stress-free!

I scheduled service through AT&T to fix the front screen of my iPhone. It was covered by Asurion insurance, and Aaron was the technician. I didn’t know this service existed where they come to my home for the repair. Aaron called ahead of time to check what materials he might need and he arrived within the appt window. I was completely embarrassed to find that the crack was on my privacy screen and not the phone. He was so gracious and said it happens all the time. Even though there was no repair work done, I felt confident about his knowledge and work ethics, that I would surely use his service again. I live in Morristown, and I would make the drive to his store because I trust him. Thank you Aaron and sorry again for the trouble!
