Wanted to find out if Staples would send a fax for me ... I was massively disrespected by the manager and a younger male employee... Neither one of them should be working their with such a violent attitude exuding from their persona ... It was so bad, I will not return to the store .. ever. Town and County... Get some decent people to represent your business, Staples ... Mark me down as totally unsatisfied...

We went to buy a Laser monochrome printer, and the sales associate who was in charge of the Copying Center, was very helpful and hd a lot of expertise. We felt confidant in our purchase because of all of the information he gave us about the printer he helped us choose.

I have to give a huge shout out to Paul who has apparently done some of our print orders in the past and (rightly!) caught that something was different and off on our order today and called me today about it. That's an extra level of customer service that I greatly appreciate!

I just bought Turbo Tax on Amazon for 42% off. I got my product code instantly, loaded it on my two computers, and it works great. Within the next couple of weeks I'm going to try Office Max in Turkey Creek for office supplies. I'll see how it goes. _____________________________ Well I've decided to write off the $570 I paid for the new computer and extended warranty I purchased from Staples last September and get a new one to replace it. I consider it my fault that I mistakenly believed Staples would stand behind the products they sell to their trusting customers. From now on my shopping for office and computer products and supplies will take place at Best Buy, Office Depot, and Amazon. I can't relate how extremely disappointed I have been with Staples during this process. -------------------------- I noticed that Staples replied to my origional review. I appreciate the thought, but they are just words. Action is when you stand behind the products you sell as a last resort when all other options have been exhausted. I will miss shopping this store, but I can not in all consciousness deal with someone with whom I can not trust to stand with me when all else fails. ___________________________ I purchased an HP computer there a two months ago. I've been shopping there a lot because it's nice, clean and friendly. I used the computer fairly often the first month, but I began to notice the keyboard numbers and letters were fading. I took the computer back to show them the problem. They helped me contact Asurion, a protection policy I didn't realize that they had added to the bill until afterwords, and Asurion said that they couldn't help because was still under factory warranty, so we called HP. They said they couldn't help because it could have been my fault. Staples helped me with my calls, but they won't help further, so I now have a computer that may, in a few more months, have unreadable keys. I'm disappointed they won't stand behind their products when all else fails. I'm pretty sure the General Manager at the store wouldn't accept what he expects me to accept, a potentially unusable computer in a few months. Would you...

Came in the other day for a desk and monitor, unfortunately they were sold out of the desk but the male employee was extremely helpful and called another location to have them set it aside for me, the service and helpfulness was amazing. 10/10 recommend.
