If you are in the greater Knoxville area I HIGHLY recommend Shattered Dreams in halls for ANY computer, cell phone, or tablet repairs. They are honest hard working people, INCREDIBLY knowledgeable, AND the best price around. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. While in there I seen some MIRACLES done on some other devices while I was in there. AND if for some reason they can't fix it they don't charge in most cases. I'd give them 10 out of 5 stars. HIGHLY recommend.

I showed up to get my screen replaced. It was 95 dollars when the person on the phone told me it would be 85. That went well but after leaving my speaker wasn't working (I had never had problems with it before). I went there the day after to get the speaker fixed and it should have been free since they are the ones that messed it up but I ended up paying 35$ extra for parts which totaled up to 130 all together. When I got home my speaker cut out again. I go back once again and ask for them to refund me or fix my speaker. They went behind the counter, sprayed it down and gave up. My speaker is still broken and I got only a partial refund but I wasted my time here. I came in just for a screen replacement and got it but they broke other parts of my phone. I had to come here twice just for my phone to be more broken than it was originally. I wouldn't recommend going here. ^The response to my negative review says what kind of company this is. I came there for a screen replacement and left with a busted speaker and time wasted. Not to mention the lack of professionalism. Read the other negative reviews and speak to your customers with respect.

So glad I found Shattered Dreams! This place has saved me so much $ and stress. Fantastic service! Fast same day repairs. They have repaired my laptop, replaced a shattered iPad screen for my business and they warranty their work. Friendly service! You can also purchased refurbished items and save a ton of money!! Love supporting small businesses!!

My Mom was visiting me in Knoxville, and she had an old phone with very sentimental photos and videos on it, that Verizon couldn’t get to transfer to her new phone. I took her to Shattered Dreams today, because I had been told that if it could be done, then that was the place to go! Within minutes they able to access the photos & videos. She selected everything she wanted to transfer, and within an hour it was done! She was SO happy, because she thought those memories were gone forever!! I highly recommend Shattered Dreams, and won’t hesitate to go to them with any phone issues in the future!! My Mom left the shop teary eyed, but they were happy tears of course. Thanks so much to Dallas, and the rest of his staff! Everyone was very helpful and friendly!!
