Projector screen installation: This is unacceptable. This is the 4th time being re-scheduled. I bought and paid for this screen/installation a month ago. I have 25+ people coming over to be disappointed with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Do you accept this as a good business practice? What are you going to do to compensate me and the other 25+ people coming over to watch the football game on my UST Laser projector?

Worst service ever. Took it in to get fixed and it took about a week and was 180 then got it back and the WiFi didn’t work and would only connect to ether net so I took it back and they said they fixed it then I get home and the original problem was never fixed plus my face cam on my laptop doesn’t work anymore. Worst service possible go somewhere else

Blake and Jake came over and did an excellent job mounting my new 65inch TV!!! Super friendly and super nice!!! Highly recommend them. Go Pack Go

Went there to see if my laptop was worth getting repaired. I maybe an appointment online, I arrived at my scheduled time, and then waited for twenty minutes for him to finish with the person in front me. That would have just he a little inconvenient, but he said he had to help someone else. Which I understand, but if I make an appointment and your still 20 + plus behind give people a heads up we do have other things to do. Took my computer some else locally they could see it right then . Save or money and especially your time go some where else.

Omg these people are a complete waste of time. I have tried to schedule a technician to reprogram my harmoney remote. Have done this several times through out the years as I replace equipment. Today I get Minnie Mouse in Panama City telling me no technician in my area and I have to call local store to schedule someone. So I call local store to only get another idiot from Panama City who can't do anything. What is the purpose of this? Are you trying to go out of business? I am done with you. What a shame. I have several properties and have used you several times. Guess all things come to an end. I will no longer recommend you to fellow cabin owners.
