Brought two 23 ultra's in for screen replacement at 10 am. (Scheduled 5 days prior) Was told three hours. 4 and a half hours later, we went to the store to pick up phones and was informed that they did not have the proper tape for the screen and the tape should have been there an hr prior, but will now be there at 4. Called around 430, and the tape wasn't the proper tape, and phones are now not expected to be done until the following day. Will not come back to CPR after this. You had 4 1/2 days to get the proper stuff to fix this. It's not like we walked in or called a day in advance. What a joke!

Great experience overall. Staff was very friendly and informative. My repair was fixed in no time and is brand new condition again. I'm very happy with the service I received. Very nice gentlemen at this store.

I would like to thank Bryson for his great customer service and he was very kind and handle my son iPhone with care. I do have a small complaint that the air conditioning was not working and the smell in the building needs to be taken care of immediately. He may need an incentive just for putting up with the smell alone.

I went in to get a screen saver to put on my phone. I saw a very good used ipad in the cabinet, and I wound up buying it. It came with a six month warranty. It took a few trips to get it all worked out. I wound up buying a cover with a bluetooth keyboard in it as well. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anybody.

Idk what they can do, but all I know is that he tried scamming me and acting like idk what im talking about. My phone did not need to be put in a dehydrator, it needed to be taken apart. The phone was working, but the screen was not working. So dont charge me 120 to put it through a machine that I know will not work. That will not fix the adapters that turn on the screen.
